As a Professional at around 200lbs I would pick Michael to outpoint Leon 2 times out of 3. If they had met as amateurs around 76 I would strongly favour Leon, too big, strong and relentless for little Michael.

Does anyone think Buddy Baer may have been a better fighter than his brother? It sounds to me like he was very formidable himself.

nmo max baer had some of the most raw and natural talent out of hte heavyweight champs IMo. he didnt train so hard and did focus whatsoever...he was sooo gifted and had a great body for boxing, and a murderous punch. i think if he dedicated himself like a rocky or dempsey, he would be top 5 heavyweight of all time.
