When will Mark Hobson fight again and who will it be against?
I think the fight might still go ahed even if it isn't immediat. Hobson would be a legitimate European title defence and would bring in a resonable aduiance. Haye's team must appriciate that as he hasn't won passed the 5th round classic boxers who can frustrate haye for a few rounds would be good for his development. The Hawk wrote:I'd still like to see Haye Vs Hobson, but I think if Haye becomes European champion which I expect he will, then if the Hobson fight does not happen in the following fight, Haye would have to move on and target more top ranked world fighters or he'd be looking for a world title shot.
On world level its getting good with the Undisputed Cruiserweight World Championship fight coming up soon.
And of course our own Johnny NelsonI wonder will Nelson get a shot at making his the fourth belt in the mix. Can't see it myself.
Yes thats very true what you said, if Haye would hold the European for a while then Hobson could well happen. Haye certainly does need to get rounds in the bank as he needs that when the time comes to dig deep in a fight.josh fg wrote:I think the fight might still go ahed even if it isn't immediat. Im kind of torn, I would like to see it because it is a pick em fight, and would be a legitimate contest for European honners, would also be good if Haye could bannish the one loss of his carrer. On the other hand Carl is getting old and if the fight does happen and he looses it will not do his body much good. The Hawk wrote:Yes thats very true what you said, if Haye would hold the European for a while then Hobson could well happen. What would you think about a rematch with Carl Thompson and Haye next year?
