Cheers Freiheit, appreciate it mate. What's your opinion on Brahmer then? Can he take a title? Does he hit as hard as I've heard?

Although I suppose a more relevant question would be 'Can he stay out of trouble with the law'. Sounds like a good fighter though, maybe him and Froch can meet at some point.

In the interview after the fight they said they were pacing him to see how the stamina were. When he gets a few more fight to get the ring rust out he will be top 5.
Thre were talks of a Brähmer vs Veit fight soon.

So, how good is Brahmer? Do you think he'll stop Veit? Is he a threat to the top 3? I have to admit I've not seen much of him.

I think he will stop Veit, but so would most in the top. Brähmer is not a threat for the top 3 yet, but give him 3-4 fights and he will give anyone problems, and would be surpirsed if Brähmer isnt a WBO mandatory ina year or so.

Yes. They showed 25 mins or so from the Sidorenko fights, he was in control in most of it. We only saw a few mins from Abdulaev vs Kotelnik.

I dont know, but I could imagine that the card have been shown on a ukranian channel since both Kotelnik & Sidorenko fourght. (I know ukranian Eurosport showed Mazikin vs Chechenev live from the last Spotlight card). I anyone finds a complete copy of either of those two fights I would like a copy

Looked an excellent prospect - he'll be making waves at supermiddle next year. I'd take him to knockout Veit with a couple more fights under his belt.

If he wants a European test, Froch would have his hands full with this guy. Similar in that they're both tall rangy punchers - Brahmer looks a hard SOB that's for sure.

He must've been kicking himself for time wasted in jail, knowing same night his old amateur opponent Hatton ( 2-0 to Jurgen ) was winning a 2nd world title over the sea.

He throws long hard punches, but leaves his head up in the air sometimes. Sure the Germans will be working on that though...

Sounds like Brahmer became a one to watch, the Super Middleweight division is not all as bad as people make out, here is another name to throw into the mix.
