It had to come, there is now a TBA federation. The former TWBA have removed the W from their name.
Daniel Van de Wiele: "The organisation decided in Gibraltar during the WBC Convention to remove the W from their name as they are not considered to be a WORLD title"

This could be a very clever money-making scheme - now they can sue all the promoters who announce a card featuring their fighters vs. "TBA" for unauthorised use of their name.

It was just him that posted it under the next TBA fight, thats all. He was probably also at the WBC convention, so thats why he know it.
