It would. Unfortunately there are a hell of a lot of really promising young British fighters, at SF/Light and up at Welter. But certain managements of these fighters seem unwilling to let these fighters' 0s (perhaps) go. Burns is a breath of fresh air here, he seems willing to take on anyone. (Burns is of course NOT an SN fighter. My close friend boxingchat has stated it as FACT (and that's the important thing) that he is not.
