ExCel seating question

I'm in the process of getting tickets for Saturday's fights at ExCel but I'm a bit confused by the way the seating is arranged. In the States if your section starts with a 2 you're in the upper deck and if it start with a 1 you're in the lower deck and so on. Does anyione know where I can find a seating chart, Or can someone explain where the different "blocks" are located? I can get block 1 row R; I'm assuming row R is up there a bit but where is block 1?

I've not seen a seating plan at all. If you see a picture of the ticket it should say if it is tiered (mine does), if not it is on the flat floor. All £40 face value tickets are tiered. I think Block 1 is tiered but I don't want to guarantee it.

I think I figured it out. Anything with a number is tiered and those with a letter are floor level.
Of course I missed my opportunity for 2 £40 tix at £75 because of the confusion.
I'd like to thank all the Brits out there who did not reply. If I see any of you in London we'll have to argue about how the elevation has affected my perspective on things.
