Who shot Frank?

The interviewer asked him if he knew who shot him, he said he did but wouldn't reveal the name.

He said he wasn't sure at the time but is now and that the person was a sad loser and always has been in everything they've done in their life.

I reckon he believes it was Marsh, when asked later what he thought of Marsh he said he was just another 'average fighter'. I don't think Warren would say that about an ex-fighter of his if there was no real grudge.

Should be able to download the whole 1 hour program in mp3 format tomorrow when they put it on-line at http://www.bbc.co.uk/fivelive

I think it's common knowledge that Marsh (allegedly) pulled the trigger, but of course there has been no proof.

This will stay secret along with the 'Mabeline' incident with Tyson...

He also said a couple of years ago on the BBC documentary that he knows who done it, but it wasn't a boxer or boxing related.

Really? Interesting, if so then in quite clearly wasn't Marsh in his opinion.

From my recollection (a bit hazy) the case against Marsh was pretty weak and he wasn't the first or last person to have a dispute with FW.
I haven't read Marsh's autobiography yet, is it worth a look?

A boyfriend of the flower girl, Nicola Tarrant did it.

Marsh may have been “behind it”, but I highly doubt he was the hitman. If you want that done you would go to someone who knows how, not just get hold of a handgun and attempt it yourself.

That pretty much rules out Marsh I reckon - he was a winner all the way, never lost a fight.

Anyway, careful what you say people - allegedly is a v useful word...

Yes, no way could Marsh be described as a loser, and I doubt if Warren would have described him as such given his achievements. Perhaps Warren believed that Marsh paid someone else to do his dirty work?

It's a bit like who shot Jr all this innit?

This reminds me of a very old story (almost certainly wholly untrue) that Joe Erskine's wife or ex-wife's boyfriend was beaten up, and with Joe being such a light puncher rumour began to circulate that he'd hired Dick Richardson to do the job.... I should emphasise that all of this was probably no more than gossip at the time, so you can insert the word "alleged" where relevant!

I have heard from reliable sources that it was not a boxer who shot Frank!

Make no mistake, Warren knows who shot him, but he cannot do anything or have 'anything done', as he is 'small time' to the people responsible!

I am not naming any names, but I believe what I heard is the truth! Warren knows who shot him, yet he will not mention the purpetrator's name!

That says it all!

Micky Duff is two words by the way.

Terence - Yes, I used to post on the BM forum, still look in from time to time but I don't like the format of it, you have to scroll through so much bollocks to weed out any good posts that may (or may not) exist.
