If it does get postponed, then it might work to Skeltons advantage, Valuev has a Voluntary defense of the WBA title coming up, somewhen around March i think. Skelton might be able to get his name in the mix for that one

Well I hope Skelton doesn't go ballistic if Williams does pull out, at least there is plenty of warning. I hope Williams does make a decision soon, but think carefully about - I want no excuses if he loses.
Nice to see that he was running!

i have done my ankle several times and have to say 4-6 weeks is normally the length of time it takes to get back to normal if you are lucky...
Can take up to 2 months.....
Alternate Ice and hot water is the best way to get over it...

He is seeing a specialist this afternoon who will tell him if the injury will delay the fight. Certainly nothing sinister here fellas. Situation will be cleared up by tonight.

Well if Danny's training is anything like for the Audley fight he was only going to sit with his feet up for a few weeks anyway, ankle should be about healed by fight time.

Danny is fine and will be fit for the fight dudes, no tear or breakages but will be laying off the road work for a couple of weeks

Thats good news, i was debating whether to spend 50 quid on a ticket or not as i was worried that something might put a spanner in the works and cause another delay.

Would realy total his carrer if he pulled out of this one. Should be a good fight and on terestrial TV. Good fight and good for boxing hopefuly. any idea who else is on the card yet?

Use anexercise bike instead as it burns alot off your legs and there aon't be pressure of moving up and down on the ankle.
Find it better than Roadwork as I only feel the burn of that on my body as sometimes it depends on wether it makes my calves too stiff.
Find a bike gives you more flexability in the legs too.

I think Williams would prefer to sit at home ploughing through buckets of KFC.
