Maybe I've missed something here but Morra really looks no test to me.

Meanwhile, Earl has got himslef installed as official challenger to the unbeaten Spaniard Melero's title, although Melero has a voluntary defense before that, and more pertenantly Earl has Romanov, so not set in stone as yet.

Froch is still only #6 in the SM rankings, behind Markussen, Tsypko and Haussler.

Although a long way off (and Maloney was talking about a voluntary b4hand anyway) guess who's Haye's challenger. Cantetore Well that's going to be absolutely watertight.

Sprott-v-Nielsen is proposed for the EU heavy title, although this has been fiddled around with, with guys like Hersisia and others appearing at some point or other

Morra is the second lowest person in the EBU's list of possible challengers that he could have picked and the lowest (Noel Wilders) is scheduled to fight Bernard Dunne for the IBC 'title' anyway .

Looks like Hunter wants the path of least resistance .

German Guartos will be Hunter's mandatory , he seems to have no power and has faught terrible opposition , except for two fights against Mahyar Monshipour which he credibly came away from one of those fights with a draw . That said he's never gotten any worse than a win against any other fighter than Monshipour so he could be decent .

So it looks like Hunter will be able to keep onto his European title long enough for Bernard Dunne to dethrone him .

Ya Michael seems a nice guy and not the type to go dodging guys himself but im sure his promoter will try and keep him champion as long as he can .

I might be a bit biased towards Dunne but he seriously is damn good . Wayne McCullough ranks him the best out of him Hunter and Pickering . He's a boxer puncher who is still improving and he stopped Sean Hughes in two (four rounds quicker than Hunter did and S.Foster jnr did) .

He also beat Yuri Vorinin , the guy Nicky Cook is defending his European featherweight title next against .

he's also beaten Adrian Valdez and Jim Betts and his fight against Wilders next will show us really how good he is .Dunne has even gotten exposure over in Germany beating Marian Leondraliu on the undercard of the Arthur Abraham V Kingsley Ikeke fight . Leondraliu's record doesn't look great but he's faught at a high standard and faught up as high as light-welterweight .

Hunter's a very good fighter who puts all his heart into his fights but I feel Dunne has what it takes to beat him .

Unlucky for yourself it's only being televised in Ireland (on RTÉ) , however on the small chance you can find someone with an Irish Sky digital card RTÉ is carried on that .

Went and bought my ticket in ticketmaster yesterday, still plenty of seats left apparently, might be the first Dunne fight not to sell out over here, I remember a couple selling out in 2 hours and now the week before the fight and there are plenty of tickets left.

I see Dunne beating Hunter but I see it being a very close fight.

Speaking of the EBU belt, Pietro Aurino, provided he doesnt get the call agaisnt Clinton Woods, is up next for 175 lb EBu champ Stipe Drews. That would be a top notch elimination fight for any of the belts.

Yes, good fight - hope it does happen - Aurino vs Drews that is.

Aurino for me is one of Nelson's best title defenses, one of the few fighters who have done well (Jones and Thompson are the only other two I can think off) after his title chance.
