anybody know wots next for john? really like this kid!!

According 2 todays boxing news first up is him being signed by 1 of the big promoters as he is a free agent.

I'll be interested to see who signs him up, because I really rate him. How far can he go? Hard to say right now, because he's still a young lad learning his trade. How many people know about him as well? Most people on this forum rate him, but how many tickets does he sell? I hope he can take advantage of the huge numbers who pay to watch Hatton and Khan up in the North West, because he deserves it.

Murray versus Mitchell seems a natural for 2006, so let's hope British boxing politics doesn't get in the way. I'd pay good money to see that one, I tell you.

I agree states, as you say, it's hard to say exactlly how far he's going to go at this early stage, but I personally think he has the potential to be a star in the making. I can't get enough of this lad.

Who would you back if he did fight Mitchell? I rate Mitchell highly too, but without being biased, I would have to back Murray, most likely by decision. And the superior opposition John's had would certainly hold him in good stead.

Mitchell v Murray would be a great fight now in 2006 but if both boys keep winning and promoted right it would be a Massive fight further down the road and both lads would be paid what the fight would be worth.

I think Murray is a better prospect than both Mitchell and Kahn and he can really go places . I assume Fwank will be after him , John could really help him sell out the MEN .
