Holyfield was always a true warrior and even in the fights he lost his opponents usually had hard time with him (e.g knocking down Bowe and Moorer).

I agree Golota had tools to win couple of rounds, the question is what happens when he gets hit (and with Holyfield in 1996 it is "when", not "if"). I don't know the specific answer since Golota was always able to invent some original way of finishing the fight :wink: , but IMHO the general outcome would be like Holyfield by KO/DQ.
