The "Pittsburgh Windmill" puts his blazing fists on the line against the brutal Sailor Tom. Who wins and why?

My scenario: Greb in a 6-8 round bout, Sharkey if it goes longer. I see the indefatigable Harry bouncing around Tom, spinning him and smacking him all over for the intial few rounds. As the fight progresses Tom's enormous strength takes over and he KOs Greb. Harry has never fought anyone with power like Sharkey. Conversely, Tom has fought many tricky boxers and come out on top(McCoy, Corbett, Choynski). Harry likes to mix it up. Not a wise strategy against a Tom Sharkey.

If Harry does his dirty fighting he's in for a shock. Sharkey LOVED a rough donnybrook as much as Harry and would gladly exchange elbows and head butts.

Sharkey was possibly tougher and meaner than anyone Greb ever fought, which is not to say that Greb did not face any tough, or mean fighters because he most certainly did. They were the same height, but Sharkey was much more thicker and probably a lot more stronger than Greb. Greb would not be able to impose himself on Sharkey the way he did on so many others and he most certainly would not be able to rough Sharkey up, but Greb was a hell of a lot more faster which would be his edge. If Greb used his speed and skill to outbox Sharkey I would pick Greb by a pretty wide margin, but if Greb tried to brawl and fight a physical fight he loses very possibly by knockout. I think it all would come down to how Greb fought the fight!

I think Greb would fight as he always fought, which is a combination of boxing and brawling. The boxing would serve him well, it's when he would brawl(and he always did) that he would get into trouble. And I'm not sure how long he could box and move after Sharkey hammered those ribs a few times.
