in the mid to late 90s, both these guys were consistently setting back world class opposition, it's strange they never met. I've never actually seen Espinosa fight, but he's got some excellent wins on his record. seems LE was also a good bantamweight world champion before that

obviously with them both losing arond the same time it wasn't going to happen, but i'm interested in anyone's opinions on this fight that never happened

Espinosa's chin was not great. It would likely look something like Hamed-Alicea. Espinosa would have some good moments, maybe a flash KD catching Hamed off-guard. Hamed would get up and put him down with one well set-up shot, finish him before the end of the round.
