Art Lasky Question.

1930's Heavyweight contender Art Laskys career went down hill after losing to a comebacking James J Braddock. However unlike many boxers before and since he 'wisely' invested his money. He invested $40,000 in an annuity that would mature when he turned 40 in 1948.

However in 1948 when Art went to collect his investment he found it had all gone and that his younger brother Maurice who was also his manager had 'stolen' all of it.

The brothers then spent many years in court arguing over the $40.000.

My question is does anyone have anymore information on this? Did Art get any of his money back?
