Thompson, Khaliq and Kelly stripped?

I thought Khaliq was set to defend the title against Chad Bennett in Australia?
Now Floyd-Zab is going to be for the IBF and now vacant IBO belt.

I was told It's because it will be 2 years since Khaliq last defended the title, although that doesn't explain why Thompson would be stripped, as the Haye fight was 18 months ago. Kelly 'stripped' probably because he's fighting for the EBU title I guess.
The Khaliq-Bennet fight did fall through. Not sure why. Apparently Khaliq is still returning, on the Kevin Anderson card in Fife I think.
