Naz certainly doesn't look like he has began any training at all for a comeback this year. Still looks terribly fat. Surprised ITV didn't ask him about his plans.

I listened to his interview on allegedly's website, I think he's delusional. He said he took four years off to bring his kids up, as if it was all part of his master plan, but over the last four years he's been talking about
When asked when, he said he'd planned to come back in Summer, but that now it would probably be the back end of the year, but he would have to 'see how it goes.'
When they asked him whether he would find it hard to motivate himself to get in the gym now he was a millionnaire and married with kids, he said 'this is what I've done my whole life.' Hmm, so how come you're walking around at over 12 stone Naz?
I think Naz really misses boxing, he said so himself in the interview, but I don't think he can find the motivation to actually start his comeback.
I don't particularly want to see Naz come back, he should have stayed in boxintg after the fight with Calvo and found a trainer who could help him iron out his style.
At 32 with four years out, Naz will be so ring rusty and I doubt his reflexes would let him get away with the style he used to use.

Yes, I noticed that, didn't have a good word to say when he left Warren, now he's singing his praises!
I've always heard that Nas' ring persona is rather different to his private one. I liked the way he cut the interviewer down when he suggested Khan should be fighting for a title in the coming year.....what utter bollocks they talk sometimes.

He looked to have lost a couple of stone from 3-4months ago. Still has a fair amount of fat I'd say hes down to 11stone and was probably 13stone before.
He needs to get down to 10stone before he can think about fighting at 9-4. Alex Arthur would be a good comeback fight taylor made for a Naz KO. Even a completely shot Naz would KO AA

Don't know how you can say that with any conviction. Hamed looked like dogshit against Manuel Calvo, and that was FOUR YEARS AGO.

He isn't coming back, he just likes to have his name up in lights.
He knows it's over for him & seeing Amir Khan just emphasises it all the more.

He looked like he has lost a few pounds, but it still surprises me how different he looks with the extra weight.
If he could get down to a fighting weight I think he'd walk through Arthur, the Calvo win may not have been a stellar performance but it was almost a total shut out on the cards.
Even at 32-33 he has way more than Arthur ever will have.

You do have to be a judge to predict what's going to happen. I'm a trainee solicitor, I would knowAdoniss wrote:

He could quite easily get a community sentence or a suspended prison sentence, alongside a juicy fine.
He won't necessarily be sent to prison. I think a prison sentence is unlikely unless he already has a criminal record. If it's a first offence then he will be able to put forward some mitigating circumstances (e.g. I'm a family man, I have kids to support, my wife is expecting a baby, I made an error and I won't do it again, this is my first offence, etc.

There are more than enough mitigating circumstances to explain why he ran away from the scene of the crime (e.g. I was afraid of being arrested given that I'm a family man so I was worried for my liberty because I have to support my wife and children, and I ran away from the scene in a state of panic, etc, etc). Running away from the scene of an accident isn't an automatic custodial sentence.
I've seen people who killed pedestrians who got away with a community sentence, they've had various arguments, e.g. I wasn't negligent, there was an item on the road which caused me to swerve, or the other driver or a pedestrian was negligent and I tried my best to avoid them, etc.

He wasnt running from the scene (allegedly) he was running for help
His time would be far better spent working with kids and using his skills to help others.... sitting in a prison doing fornicate all or spending 200 hours teaching young kids how to box... i know which one will be better for society
