Agreed . Carter goes in in place of Jesse Burnett at ten. Ali didnt do any extended hard time to my knowledge , but Monzon should be in there too. I forgot about him.

Machen was convicted of armed robbery in 1952. He did three years.

Has Hearns done jail time yet for that scuffle with his son? I'd put him in at #4.
Did Ali actually do jail time? I though he was free during a very long appeals process?
