I know some people on here are not his biggest fan, but I do remember reading a post on the old British ESB forum in which Ben Carey said that it would be Jeff Lacy who would be hyped as Joe Calzaghe's defining fight and that Joe would hammer the inexperienced American.
If memory serves me correct the majority of posters were saying no way, and that Joe would get a big fight before then - whether it was Eastman, Joppy, Woods or a few others that were around.
