I haven't heared anything about a rematch clause, and I didn't see anything controvesial the last time - but obviously the PPV buy rate was certainly good (it got more exposure than it deserved IMO).
However, it looks like these two ex champions will go at it again in July.

So Mosley after Mayweather was all talk then. Ok it's unfinished business between Mosley and Vargas but Shane seems to have been swayed by the big figures, and not whats best.
If he is a welterweight, why keep fighting at light middle ?
Money!

Mayweather obviously hasn't jumped all over it.
I think he's better off fighting Vargas again, good payday, against a fighter he can actually beat. Mayweather would beat him easily.

It's a good rematch but i just feel if Mosley is ever going to recapture his prime or even a percentage of it, then it's at a lower weight. And not against the stronger likes of Wright and Vargas.

I think Vargas UD this time. I expect Vargas to improve and take heart from that showing. If Mosley losses he can still make money at 147 and there could be a rubber

I fancy Vargas this time around too, he looked like he was doing well even with that swelling as the fight wore on.
Mosley will never recapture any of his prime now, he would have had to have dropped back down a couple of years go to do so, it's too late now.

I think Karmazin would spank both of them
damn shame that Karmazin-Santos is off

My thoughts exactly, there's a number of fighters in the division who would beat Mosley or Vargas, Ouma, Santos, Karmazin, etc.
