Michael Dokes v Razor Ruddock

In April 1990 Michael Dokes was knocked out by Razor Ruddock has anyone got footage of the knockout that they can send to me? Or is there anyone on here that can point me in the right direction?

I havent got the footage for you, but that is definetly the best combination Ive ever seen any fighter throw. Pity how Ruddock chose the fight Lewis in his backyard infront of a very hostile crowd which put him off.
In any other country, Ruddock would of been wiping Lewis's brains off his gloves.

..ring sizes and basic rules are pretty much the same in most countries...or at least in the ones mentioned here. any fighter who can be "put off" by a hostile crowd might consider another profession.
for total cool, i think "amused" could be the reaction jack johnson had about the crowd's attitude when he fought jim jeffries.

Well you have to admitt, the British crowd treated Ruddock like he scum on the bottom of their shoe while Lewis was being his old arrogant self.
Ruddock of the Bonecrusher fight would of beaten Lewis for sure as he was in very good condition, he jabbed, used combinations etc instead of the one punch wonder he turned into after the Tyson's fights. Ruddock of the Dokes and both Tyson fights however would of put Lewis into a coma.

British crowds can be intimidating, and they definately DO have an affect on visiting fighters.
But it was Lewis who knocked Ruddock out that night, not the crowd.
And that's coming from someone who likes Razor Ruddock a hell of a lot more than I like Lewis.
Some advice : It's alot more believable to say that the Tyson fights took everything out of Razor, that's always my preffered line

Even though I do have a strong dislike for Lewis, I admitt he performed very very well that night as no one had ever knocked out Ruddock the way Lewis did.
And for your second point, I agree I also thought that the Tyson fights took something away from the Razor as both Tyson fights, especially the second was very punishing with Ruddock suffering a fractured jaw in the 2nd round as well as other damages to his eye and face.
