Said it after it was discovered he had been fighting for 4 years despite being blind in one eye, and having won all but one of his 25 fights.

Good call! I thought that one would be a little tougher.I guess Im always tryin to get these 60s and 70s Philly fighters some kudos.

After passing eye exams for his whole career the commision suddenly found he was blind in one eye. He had been since he was a little kid.Forced him to retire.He was dead a few years later.
