Here is a great find I made this past weekend. I was in a small bookstore in my neighborhood called, ironically enough, Kayo Books when I found a copy of Jack Dempsey's Fight Magazine. This is a reprint of a May 1934 edition of the magazine and comes with a beautiful pulp cover of two boxers slugging it out. This issue had an article on Max Baer and also had a wrestling section. All of the ads of the era are also included. I never knew Jack Dempsey put his name on a magazine. How many of these were published? Does anyone have any of the originals? They must worth a pretty good penny.

The edition I found is put out by Adventure House which specializes in reproducing pulp mags from the 30's and so on. You should be able to find one in your area or on Amazon, but I didn't check.

I have seen them before, but never owned an issue. I know the circulation run was very short, but I do not know the exact history of circulation. I do have a couple cover photos for different issues if you would like me to send you.
