ABA super heavy champ

forget the guys name mighty something had one pro fight to my knowledge, just woundered if anyone knew what happened to his pro career. think he won the 2004 AbA'a but not sure.

Do you mean 'Mighty' Joe Young?
He's one of Audley's mates if that helps. He's not very good.

Was ABA finalist in 1999 I think, and got chinned by Billy Bessey!
Is a Repton boxer, and yes, a crony of Audley Harrison.

Shouldn't have even got that far in my view as Lewinson beat him in the London final but didn't get the decision.

Yeah he was one of Audley's 'body guards'.
He was kicking off big time when they had that spat at a show with Herbie Hide - where Buncie gave it the old 'invisible carpets under the arms routine'..

I vaguely remember a BBC profile on him which I think showed he runs some sort of youth club.
Also IIRC he's approaching 40.
