Is Taylor WBA champ or not?

Their latest rankings say he is.

taylor is the super duper WBA champ - felix sturm is the regular champ and I think if wright beats him felix will be promoted to WBA champ and the WBA super duper championship will become vacant?

taylor's hometwon papaer had an article about it a few days ago on fightnews.com press links!! the pressure form taylor's lawyer trumped the pressure from sturm's handlers to have jermain removed!!!
