Manchester Bill On 15th July?

Dose any body know if this bill is still going on or not? It says it is on boxrec but heard rumours it's been called off. 
i know burns fight is off and i too have heard the card is in jeapordy
woodhouse fight is off til sept too so thats 2 fights off so far.
i would fight for free if it was offered in manchester
