I recently heard that former light heavyweight contender Mike Quarry who is Jerry Quarry's younger brother and Mike Quarry who fought Bob Foster in a losing effort for his world light heavyweight title passed away three days ago on Saturday at age 55. He was sadly missed one of the challengers and opponents who fought the great Bob Foster.

I'm sorry he actually passed away on Sunday my bad.

Talk about a family of notable warriors. I wish all his family and close friends peace in the wake of their loss.

RIP Mike Quarry and god bless you.
