Is Amir still fighting in Cardiff next week, due to what has happened?

This may be totally ignorant, and I have missed something totally crazy, but due to what?

The only thing I can think of is JC's pullout, in which case I'd personally say, whether it's a -ve or a +ve, that Khan's presence is required even more, vis-a-vis keeping ITV happy etc.

Khan got arrested & charged with dangerous driving on Wednesday.

Shouldn't affect the show at Cardiff though, it's not like he's on parole...

Sorry, for any insult to you intelligence I just caused there Ilikebeer. In return I have just physically hit myself with a bottle. Also thanks lvlarc for pointing out the bleeding obvious :TU:

Its not like he is against the most dangerouse opponent, if it were a better one he would be more likely to think about pulling out over his mental state.

Would like to see him against a better fighter who will come to fight soon. Dean are you up for it.

No bottle hitting required. I only ask because I brought tickets to the event, my first ever live boxing event, and 48 hours later Calazaghe pulled out. Now I have booked train tickets and hotel, I can see the whole event falling apart and me wasting my money. (Do you like my concern for the situation.)

Khan is not arrested mate. He just went to court with family. That is press for you.

Would it be bad taste if at the event, if Amir starts struggling to start chanting; "Make a quick get away Amir."
