Judah doesn't belong anywhere, except in a trash can.
Others in the running:
Yoko Gushiken
Lou Brouillard
Vicente Saldivar
Ben Villaflor
Jose Luis Ramirez
Alan Minter
Johnny Wilson
Marvin Johnson
Tiger Flowers

Manny Paquiao is another hard hitter. But how is the hardest puncher out all of them. And I agree with Judah statement

From the three you mentioned, Hamed hit the hardest p4p.

I think a major part of the criteria for selecting an all-time hardest-hitting southpaw, is that the fighter actually fought as a southpaw.

Manny Pacquiao has great hands, I think Marvin Hagler got stregth more from his relentless punches than hard punches, but I dont know enough Naseem Hamed to make a decision

George KO Chaney must surely be the hardest hitting southpaw, or at least right up there.

You've never seen the film of Benny Leonard's 12-round draw with Tendler.
It's easily available.
