To be fair if it is an original and complete version of the 1971 broadcast then it is a gem and very rare.
If its the replay of it shown in 1991 (Think on the Lewis vs Mason bill) - where they showed the fight in full with 1971 commentary. Then its a rip off.

Sounds like it's worth having in that case. I think I might go for one of these myself.
