I know records of fights in the bare-knuckle era were not recorded as greatly as the gloved fights are today, or even in Sullivan's time, but does anyone know Figg's record?

All I can ever find on him, was that he was champion of Britain for well over two decades, and he later opened a self-defense school that dealt with boxing, wrestling and fencing.

He won around 10 to 20 actual fights and I don't think he ever lost a recorded bout. Most of his action was exhibitions though.

He also pioneered the skin head.
