Anyone know in which fight was the biggest fight attendance in Heavyweight Championship (for belt).
When and where it was? How many spectators was?

Dempsey-Firpo had 82,000 people in attendance, I am pretty sure that's the largest attendence for a Heavyweight title fight

The answer might be in that book by Blewett, entitled something like Boxing A-Z. I think I saw that factoid in there somewhere.

I think both the Dempsey/Tunney bouts drew 100,000 plus. The first one over 120,000.

The record attendance at a heavyweight world title fight was 120,757 at the first Dempsey-Tunney fight. Their rematch attracted 104,943 spectators.
