Sorting through some stuff... I ran into a a newspaper celebrating 50 years since Carmen Basilio beat Tony DeMarco in 1955...

I had read the article when the paper was printed, and kept it incase I wanted to read it again.

I don't collect this sort of thing, and if anyone here is interested, they can have it for free. I'd rather see it go to someone who'd keep it, than just throw it out myself.

The article starts as the front page headline, and then continues as two seperate articles that cover an entire page. It contains 3 good sized photos, and includes interview material with him and his wife.

The paper is Carmen's local paper.

I collect clips, or certain section from newspapers...it seems to take up a lot less room than keeping entire papers.
