Remember or know what happened to a PKA Heavyweight champion of the 80's who was dethroned by a guy named Jerry Rome? The fighter's name was Brad Hefton. "Bad" Brad Hefton........I was no PKA fan, I was just wondering what ever became of him...anyone?

I remember watching Dennis Alexio kick the shit out of Jerry Rhome several years ago...I don't recall Hefton, but then again, I'm not a fan MMA.

I remember part time boxer Demetrius "Oak Tree" Edwards KTFO out of Hefton in a HW karate match on ABC.

Demetrius "Oak Tree" Edwards, Yeh I remember seeing him fighting some one, but I know it wasn't Hefton that I saw him fight. Talk about a blast from the past. Hefton was from Rockford Ill..

Actually Edwards did beat Hefton on national TV.

OK my memory failed me. Edwards stopped Ross Scott on national TV. At least that's what this site has.

Not sure why I confused Scott with Hefton, although they were both pretty highly publicized.

Yeah! i can remember also three world kickboxing championships later for Hefton, the two hooked up 10 years ago and have been a couple since. 8)
