And who could forget the Audley Harrison book released around the time, if not before he turned professional.

I'm all for Boxers making a bit extra money but from a fans point of view I would rather read a book that covered a fighters complete career.

I bet you'd find that Harrison book in those bargain book shops now in the 99p basket where it belongs.

But I have seen it going for £1.99 around various shops etc.

I havent checked that link, but I was under the impression that the book wasnt an autobiography, but just focussed on the run up to the colazzo fight. I was hoping it would go indepth about rickys training and what it was like to prepare for his first big fight in the states.

That is a different book to be released, that will be more a coffee table style book. I think Boxing News said the autobiography would be the first to be released. Can't remember the exact date but it was sometime in september or october I think for the one you are talking about.

Judging by his performance against Collazo Ricky must of wrote the book himself!....

In reply to NICKD and other posters above, I am an avid reader of books and I'm always checking out bargain bin bookstores. I've seen Audley's book going for 99pence in half a dozen such stores. The cheapest I saw it was in a bookshop at Covent Garden, where it was fifty pence
