by Boxing Addict
What's happened; several weeks of LIVE US action with the best fights then once the footy season starts- back to domestic boxing only on friday night!!!!
I know SKY are showing the Barrera Vs Juarez II card (brilliant card with 4 proper world title fights on Sat 16th Sep Live.
Why don't we all request the following fights and any others you might want to see;
Sat 7th October - Diego Corrales Vs Joel Casamayor III
Sat 18th November - Manny Pacquiao Vs Erik Morales III
Just send a quick e-mail ( If they get enough request they have to show them, they should!!! -
[email protected]
See what happens, we have got some good domestic cards coming up with some inevitable classics but the above fights are the biggest fights over the next few months.

You mean this card
Marco Antonio Barrera(62-4, 42 KOs) vs. Ricardo Juarez(25-2, 18 KOs)
Jorge Barrios (46-2-1, 33 KOs) vs. Joan Guzman (25-0, 17 KOs)
Israel Vazquez (40-3, 29 KOs) vs. Jhonny Gonzalez (33-4, 28 KOs)
Rey Bautista (20-0, 15 KOs) vs. Giovanni Andrade (51-9, 42 KOs)
Jorge Paez Jr. (9-0, 7 ko's) vs. To Be Announced
Oscar reckons that's the best card of the last 20 years. It's definetly the best card of this year. Anyone remember any better cards?
Looking forward to Pac-Morales 3 too.

i remember the all nighters that sky used to do, where you'd get British guys in world title fights & some excellent import on the undercard (ie Winky, Matlala, etc), then it'd keep you awake till a big american card usually with major heavyweight stuff.
I know that really makes 2 shows, but i thought that was good stuff & to us brits it was 1 package.
Sure, there was Hatton-Oliveria...Klitschko-Danny Williams & Clinton Woods-delisle II...Hatton-Collazo but they're not as good these days
Vasquez-jhonny could well be better than the main event. proviidng it doesn't get cut short on cuts/head clashes or be a weird surprisingly dull fight (like jhonny's last one)

To be fair Max if they showed Wiliams Skelton 3 I bet you'd still watch it.

It was awesome on paper but ruiz rahman, spinks mayorga and hopkins joppy were all fairly dull affairs and Judah smoken rangel in 1.
