Taylor v Ouma

Interesting one for September Jermain Taylor is taking on former light-middle title holder Kassim Ouma, should be a good one.

Ouma has fought as a light-middle nearly all his career so is going to be giving away alot in size and he's not as powerful as Taylor, but Ouma is a very skilled boxer , who when in the right frame of mind can throw alot of punches with good body movement.
Taylor will start the favourite , as he's beaten better men and is a full blown Middle who can punch his wieght, but if he puts in another performance where he starts losing focus in the later rounds then Ouma could outpoint him, but I think that Taylor will use his extra strength to keep Ouma on the back foot and outpoint him.

If Ouma can do ok early in the fight and switch on he could do ok. As you say he is very skilled and has the ability to take a lot of the late rounds against Taylor. I just feel Taylor will come out fast and catch him cold, could be an early stoppage.

Easy one for Taylor, if you ask me. Not that Taylor doesn't deserve one after his last three fights.

Ouma has never really impressed me that much: some nice skills, but nothing that special. He's just going to be giving away too much to Taylor, who should win this comfortably.

I don't think the fight is made yet.

It's garbage. Greg Leon of Boxingtalk was on the phone with DiBella when Atlas mentioned it and said it was false info.

Good i'm kinda looking forward to Taylor showing the gap between world class and "contender" class by kicking Sergio Mora's arse

Cannot see it happening, I think Oscar will have to vacate his title and Ouma will fight for the vacant belt.

I see Mayweather having two matches before the tendatively scheduled May date with Oscar. Beating Baldomir and Spinks - so a light middle title being on the line when he fights DLH.
