, College wrestling is absolutely NO JOKE! Be ready to be in the best shape of your life. take it easy on the drinking too, you'll end up in a weight class you aren't ready for. What weight class do you wrestle anyway? I wrestled 160-171 in HS but in College I weighed up near 200-220 by the time I graduated (did not wrestle in College) I was playing Baseball and became too lazy for all the "stair" work. hehehe.
