Why is Foster vs Morris off?

I read the BBBoC news confirming Morris vs Simpson 2, but why is Foster vs Morris off. Is there an injury? Did Frank realise that he would be losing the shine off one of his prospects, so decided against showcasing this fight.
Please don't say the BBBoC deem Simpson more worthy than Foster, Morris beat him handily first time.

Isn't Derry Matthews now fighting Foster? Incidentally why was Matthews vs Munroe called off anybody know? Morris vs Foster and Matthews vs Munroe looked the best two fights on the bill. Both more or less 50/50 what a shame!

Just as we painfully predicted the call offs and switch rounds on the promising schedule begin, no doubt it will be a shadow of the original bill when it takes place.

If derry matthews fights foster im putting a tidy sum on matthews.... ive been very unimpressed with foster of late after a promising start to his career...his footwork in his last fight was truly awful - nothing short of novice mistakes.

MONEY !

Andy Morris wanted more money according to the Manchester Evening News today. It says he was offered £15,000 but demanded £35,000. Also a bit of a verbal spar between Steve Foster's dad and Morris in the article.

The article also implies that Foster is getting more £££ than Morris.
Although Morris may hold the belt, he must realise that he is not a ‘name’ fighter yet and a boxer’s opportunity to elevate himself to the sport’s high earners sometimes involves taking the worst of the money for the chance of national TV exposure.
Morris claims the fight will top a bill on its own later and he'll get more money then.
