Peter Oboh vs Gareth Hogg

I read on the British Boxing Board of Control website that Hogg was late handing over some paper work, so the fight will not be for the British title.
Does anyone know anything about this?
Is the fight still on?

Indeed.... I thought Gareth stood a real chance, and would've been a good fight... but guess it wasn't to be :(

Is Oboh continually followed around by the Chuckle Brothers' evil cousins? He seems to get the most bizarre and infuriating bad luck, if you can call it that. Tripping over in church, his opponent forgetting to sign papers. When will he get a break?
