Why has bell got away without fighting since janurary

has he been injoured I thought you had to defend every 6 months are they having that much trouble finding a hand picked opponent.
O'Neil Bell?
He had a shitload of dificult challengers in the IBF. Luckily for him Dale brown lost a fight on cuts. But that still left Steve Cunningham & Guillermo Jones.
Bell apparently had dental problems but just as likely he saw Cunningham as way too good a boxer.
O'Neil couldn't fulfil his mandatory so he DESERVEDLY got stripped.
Ppl have been pulling out on Cunningham forever. Recently, Bell couldn't fight him, neither could Felix Cora Jr (numerous postponements), nor could Guillermo Jones (this would have been Steve's 1st fight televised in USA).
Hopefully Mormeck gets his act together and spanks Bell, when they fight in December. Someone needs to get rid of this guy as he's just holding the division up, Tarver style.
