I could have sworn someone asked what Limmond was doing a week or two back, but couldn't find the thread.

Anyhow, he fights for the vacant commonwealth 135lb belt on the AA card in Glasgow, 4th of November. Fight with Doc would be good. Burns perhaps another option - if Burns was so inclined to move up to lightweight just for this fight though. Or perhaps Watson.

Good to see him back in action, does anyone know why he been so inactive of late? I would have rather seen him in a few warm up fights before going for a title but I assume the opponent in November will be carefully chosen.

The article said he'd be fighting an African. Maybe Kakpo Allotey or Peter Semo?

i reckon limond would beat the over-rated arthur in a rematch, he has improved vastly since that defeat and arthur has so many holes in his technique its not true

Unless, he has improved his punching power I cannot see Limond ever beating Arthur. Even though it is Limond who is fighting as a Lightweight - he was very out strengthed by Arthur. He was boxing well at the start, but Arthur simply could walk through his punches.
