Somsak Sithchatchawal just lost by 3rd TKO, ref john coyle still going strong ref outside of GB. Somsak Sithchatchawal had that war with Mahyar Monshipour.

His war with Monshipour should win fight of the year in a fair world.

Do you know if any channel will be showing the Caballero fight?

I hear that Caballero is 6' 2"!!

That must be some sort of record for the weight class.

I took this from fightnews.com

They are usually fairly accurate:

Hard-hitting, Celestino Caballero dethroned Somsak Sithchatchawal by technical knockout, flooring him three times in the third round in Thailand Wednesday to claim the WBA super bantamweight title. The 30-year-old Caballero (25-2, 18 KOs) is incredibly tall by super bantamweight standards, standing nearly 6'2. He is co-promoted by Sycuan Ringside Promotions and Seminole Warriors Boxing

It was a strange choice of first defence for Somsak, I thought. The Thais aren't exactly known for picking dangerous opponents for their champs, are they? There was always going to be the possibility of an upset in this one as Caballero has proved he belongs in world class.
