This should be a great fight if he gets out of jail. I think scott will be an odds on favourite with his extra experience. will he win easy ? will nicky cook win??? Your opinions welcomed.

I dont think scoTt will win IMO.

Its a tough one to guage, not necessarily all because of the doubts about Scott's physical and mental condition - but also cause Cook can be hit and miss also.

Although a good few level's below Scott, but Dazzo Williams was a competent box/fighter who looked good in domestic class. The way Cook outclassed him was really impressive and at the time left me in know doubt that he not only could, but would, beat Scott.

However, performances before and since haven't been particularly outstanding and Cook has looked a strictly European level opperator. Is Cook having motivational problems? Did Dazzo's style/ability just flatter Cook (as Rob Reid's did Lacy)..... Hard to really say.

I would probably put a small wager on Cook, but a bigger wager on the fight not taking place in December.

I doubt the fight will happen but if it does then I still think Scott will win by a rather close decision

I'd make Cook a firm favourite considering recent events. 50/50 fight if Harrison is in A1 condition and has his head in the right place.

If it happens in December I can't see how Harrison will be anywhere near his best. I'll go for a Cook win if it goes ahead.

I very much doubt it will happen, if it does I go for Cook as I think Harrisons come forward style would be made for Cook imo....

i just favour harrison in this one on a late stoppage. unless scotty boy turns up pissed of course.

Harrison has been on the slide for a while now and if he does make the fight, which is looking unlikely, we'll probably see yet another lacklustre performance. Until he straightens out he'll just keep going downhill.

An In shape and Disiplined Harrison would be too experianced for Cook but dunno now.

harrison will not have boxed for over a year, whilst cook 8 months. this could be a factor but also Who does allegedly want to win??

Cook is with Sports Network now I believe? You'd think long term he'd be the better bet for FW with Harrison looking at a stint in the big house.

Id go for Cook he has held the european title for a while and beat some good people while holding it while harrison seems to be on the down. If his conditioning is bad then cook has the body shots to put him down.

Probably Cook but he gets inactive with injuries, but he doesn't get in trouble with the law like Harrison.

He's a class above Cook and should beat him in a good domestic fight. One to look forward to, if Scott can get his head right.

BUT.........first things first - he has to break out of jail first.

Will his new manager have a helicopter ready, on the jail house roof, to meet Frank's deadline of Scott free, by today, or no fight?

How long before FW jettisons Harrison and co?... I should think that its not long to go now, if he's not out before the end of the month how can he possibly get in 100% shape for the fight... and if he does get out theres always the possibility that he'll get into another scrape before fight time!...

BBC have Warren quoted that Harrison's using the prisons training facilities, so at least he's getting some workouts in.

I read that if Harrison is not released by Monday he will be stripped, that was from Warren's site.

I haven't read anywhere that Warren has got Cook, I'm not sure Jess Harding would have been willing to let him go - but then Harding is a small fish.

I would imagine there is going to be options if Cook beats Scott.

Jess fought as an average HW at domestic level. He became a manager after he retired and Nicky Cook was among some of the first fighters that he took on board. I heard good things about the way he treated his fighters. He paid Cook and some other fighters a weekly wage (so I heard at the time) with the uncertainty of where any of their careers would go. So you have to give him respect for that. I think FW is Cook's promoter at the moment, but that of course may change down the line.

Cook was with Matchroom wasn't he? But no talk of them recently. I'm sure he's with SN now.

A fighter can have a manager without a single promoter, and certainly in their early careers that's wise, and if they can shift tickets any promoter will be more than accomodating in putting them on their bills. It makes sense to the fighter and manager to tout their fighter to the promoter who will pay the most most money without being tied to any one of them. But when a promoter gets to an monopolistic stage whereby he alone can only provide the exposure and profile that a fighter wants and needs the managers job, in that situation, is always going to be on the backburner.
