Very interesting, if somewhat sad peice...
Morrison comes across as deeply dillusional.
I wonder why he was held in what sounds like a mental wing whilst in prison? He must have some underlying problems I would have thought.
What price Tyson v Morrison at some point during Mike's depressing tour?

I would guess that is precisely why Morrison has resurfaced, he probably figures Mike needs the money too.
I wonder if tommy really is healthy, if so, how and why, I wonder if he's talking bollocks, because last time I heard he was taking his AZT and other anti retrovirals.

I don't believe that Morrison is clear of the HIV virus, if he was then why won't he take an independent test and let the results be known.
If you were completly clear, then you'd take as many tests as you were asked, knowing that they would be negative, the fact he doesn't do this is worrying.
Also the statement 'You can't get HIV through hetrosexual sex' is quite amazing thing to come out with, makes you wonder how many women has he had unprotected sex with.
His story reminds me of Lemar Parks, a good middleweight of a few years ago, he tested positive and was forced to retire. Don't know where he is now, but his exgirlfriend is dead after dying from aids, Parks was the only person she slept with.
Parks at the time denied he was HIV positive.

Good shout with Lamar Parks - no one ever mentions him: a forgotten warrior.
On the way up I thought he would be a world champ - a compact style, genuine power and entertaining style. He came up short in his only shot though if I remember rightly. He was only young when forced to retire. I too would like to hear how he is doing.
On the subject of Morrsion his ex manager called him a 'bimbo magnet' and Tommy claimed to have banged over 2000 women - not bad going for a mullet wearing big old lump with home made tatoos. Still, he has paid the consequences for his 'excesses'...

He sounds mentally unstable. I don't think, even with the heavyweight division in the state it is in, he's going to win any sort of a title - where he was lacking was stamina and chin, no matter how good his power was, and unfortunately for him the current crop of heavy champions can ALL bang more than a bit (Valuev less than the others, but still plenty when he commits to his shots), all are pretty comfy with the 12-round distance, and all carry their power late.
He'd have the best shot against Maskaev, but I still think Oleg would overwhelm him in the middle rounds. Valuev would frustrate the hell out of him with his jab (not to mention chin), Lyakhovich would out-gut and out-punch him, and Wlad would murder him early with those massive one-twos. Ten years is a long time to spend away from taking heavyweight licks to the kisser and ribs!

They could still sell his name though.
But not at title level, that's ludicrous.
