Pickering good value with bookies

Bookmakers Paddy Power have Esham Pickering at 7/4 to beat Bernard Dunne in Dublin next weekend. Looks like good value to me given that Dunne is tried and tested even though as an Irishman I'll be up for Dunne. Looks a genuine 50-50 match.

Dunne is not in the top 25 in the ratings. Pickering is at 11? Surely pickering should be favourite???

pickering is 12, Dunne is 36th in world. Big step up for Dunne. Sounds like a good bet.
