Anyone catch any of his fight last night? I was flicking over occasionally, and I have to say I think he's getting worse every time I see him. Nice uppercut to finish it though.
Looked a bit chunky in there, and his laziness was much in evidence again. His corner were threatening to pull him out at one stage. Basically it was further evidence that he's going nowhere. But I suppose in a world where Shannon Briggs can call himself world champion, anything is possible.......

Lol, your dead right states. Greenberg will get sparked the first time he faces a decent test. He is vastly overrated.

I thought he had decent potential when I first saw him, but he's going downhill. Obviously his training isn't right, and constantly being matched against soft opponents is doing nothing for his progression.

They just can't sustain this hype much longer if they believe he is the next big thing why not put him in with one of the terrible people who pass for contenders now is as good a time as any he is fighting someone with 14 losses in his 23rd fight... Wot.
Never liked him like him less cos of the way he has been managed.

I liked him for ages but he is simply going backwards because they wont (probably wisely) push him into dangerous waters.
He obviously thinks he's charlie-big-time, and like a lot of Israelis is no doubt walking around with fanny hanging off his arm like he's P.Diddy.
However, he also looks like he's having buffet lunches and bargain bucket dinners.

Just saw this in Greenburg's Wikipedia entry
Angelo Dundee says that Greenberg has the fastest hands for a heavyweight since Muhammad Ali.

Seriously, that must be a typo. I reckon Crocodile Dundee is more accurate.

He's been sparked twice in the gym by no less than Michael Sprott.

Too many gym rats have told me about it for it not to be true i believe josh. It is a small area the Thames Valley boxing wise, news travels very fast.

Yeh if sprott had something about him to make him marketable rather than just being another decent fighter from reding then he would proberbly have had a much easyer early carrer than he did. Still remember him giving a good show when comming in at the last min against Williams and thinking some fighters just don't get the brakes.

Never bought into the hype surrounding Greenberg and never will, but I wait the next secondsout piece with interest.
