What can i say he is world class fighter, showed his true class tonight, I'm glad Michael got a nice little pay day from a kid who lives just over the road from me as a kid which not much of anything, always in trouble to be getting a shot at one of the World Title belts is a dream come true, all this has been a dream come true and a great adventure for my small town, yeah he got beat but no need for all the snide comments about the crowd and other things. Fair play to Molitor great boxer and hope he does well in the future. But i don't take to kindly to stuck up people on here bashing the crowd tonight.

What did you guys make of the under-card?

Fair play to Hunter, he put up what he could and was simply out classed when class came through. No shame, he won British, Commonwealth, European titles not many boxers do that, let alone become a World Champion, at least he got his shot.

I though the sportmanship from both Boxers at the end was a class act for the sport

Not a bad undercard at all, Hunter will be back and should get a warm up fight in as soon as possible and then target the Dunne Pickering winner, which should be Dunne for one last hurah for his old title and there's also the domestic level which he can top.

Just thought i'd give my respect to molitor as well, he was pure class and was the only one landing the clean shots all night despite what jim watt was saying! I would like to see him in with ponce de leon, who im not very impressed with. Hunter can come again, he definitely posed molitor a few problems in there, shame he just got caught.

You're always sceptical when you listen to boxers and their teams talking because you hear so much bullshit, but when I spoke to Steve and his team last Tuesday they seemed honest pros who were confident of Steve's ability without being over cocky or arrogant.

He said he would knock Hunter out and he did. He also said he had improved on the Booth performance and he certainly looked the biz.

Hunter didn't land much. But he did some good work in the 1st and 3rd rounds. He didn't let Molitor circle to his own right, and was quite clever with his pressure. Hunter's problem was that even when he had Molitor unsettled - like when Molitor came out of his shell, punched and was made to miss early - Hunter was too slow to pounce on the few errors Molitor made.

Molitor was definitely suprised by some of Hunter's tactics. But like a true pro, he settled, adjusted, and won big. Really clever fighter. I doubt there's as good a pure boxer at super bantamweight.

I really hope Pickering beats Dunne. because I'd love to see Molitor come over & defend vs Esham.

Vazquez has had great success in his last three fights. he's a formidable offensive machine. But he's slow and hittable, and hardly built for longevity. It seems Vazquez gave up his IBF title to face Hernandez and Gonzalez. Can't complain. It gives Molitor an easier route to the top AND we got a great war between Vazquez-Jhonny Gonzalez.

But Vazquez maybe ducked Molitor, in favor of fighting 118-pounders.

i enjoyed the undercard razor apart from that fellow who got blasted out in less than a round, although there was some pleasure in seeing that too

Molitor was total class and, as always, a pleasure to watch. Hunter can come again at this level, if he can rebuild his confidence.

Enjoyed Kevin Anderson's fight. No frills, but always packs a punch and can move plan B if needed.
