Any thoughts on this? What's his punching been like on the field?

His dad was commonwealth middleweight champion Monty Betham Sr
who went 2 rounds with Alan Minter.

Betham despite the name is a Samoan or his dad is anyway.

Betham is the hardest rugby league player is in regards a
scrap. He will know what he is doing. I guess he weighs in around
15 stones, but he will want to get down to light heavyweight as a
lot of that weight is muscle on the top half.

Betham will do allright but I think he should stick to around
cruiserweight. :TU:

Shame, Betham was a cracking player. I'd have thought it was a little too late for him to switch though. At 28 his time to make a impact is very limited.
