the once seemingly talented super middleweight hennessy prospect, who raced to 10 straight wins in succession at the start of his career was beaten again last night, thats 3 defeats out of his last 4. its time to think if he wants to be a journeyman or not i guess.

I am chuffed for Joe Mitchell - he is a cracking fellar and a good, hard working honest pro. A career best win for him here - he turned pro at an advanced age but can be proud of what he has acheived and enjoy his retirement
His dad would be proud
