My article on the rivalry between Panama Al Brown and Pete Sanstol was published in the current issue of the International Boxing Research Organization's JOURNAL. I put a lot of work into it, and want to share it with others who may not get the JOURNAL.

Sanstol certainly is an uderrated fighter. You hear very little about him.

Ric- I wasn't able to get your link to work, so maybe you mention this; Do you have any idea why wasn't there an immediate rematch after the first fight? It seemed like the natural thing to do.

Pete had sustained a bad eye cut, and an injured right foot muscle, so he eventually took nine months off for both to heal. Anyone who cannot get the link to work and want to read either parts of the article in Adobe PDF format, send me an e-mail at [email protected]
